Who is Alexandra?
Born and raised in Glendale, CA, she credits her artistic upbringing to her parents who encouraged her to follow her passions. Alexandra dabbled in the three performing art mediums, but found her confidence in dance first. Choosing to defer college, she was accepted into the Edge Performing Art Centers (EdgePAC) Scholarship program for dancers looking to break into the commercial industry. Due to the pandemic, the program came to a halt. Determined to continue her education, academically and artistically, she dove into classes at Glendale Community College and Santa Monica College. Simultaneously, she joined the coaching staff from her high school dance team and taught at Revolution Dance Center.
With her goal being to transfer to a University, she set her sights on Hofstra University on Long Island, NY. She spent two years there honing her craft and graduated with a BA in Theater Performance and Musical Theater Minor. Now a New York resident, Alexandra has jumped into the real world.
Amongst many of her performance opportunities, her current professional credits include a three-show streak a The Argyle Theater in Babylon, LI. In addition to her love for performing, she enjoys bringing her experience into the dance studio and teaching young performers.
Alexandra is a strikingly animated and detail-oriented performer. When she is not rehearsing or onstage, you can find her exploring her neighborhood, cooking new recipes, strumming her guitar, planning a night in with a good movie or spending time with friends!
